to celebrate seeing Camel at the Barbican in York last night , i am listening to the whole of "Moonmadness" on a little Trio KD 1033 turntable (which is probably from the same period 1976) got to say that the band were on top form last night and in particular Andy Latimer was superb (last year in Sheffield , was a little 'ring rusty' after his long lay off through illness) and i have got to say that he doesn't look age 66 the way he was moving round the stage last night !!!!,
i would love to see one of their remaining shows in the UK , but i'm afraid my 'Driver' (my son) is not in the best of health , so if anybody wants to treat me to a run down to the remaining shows (your treat of course) , then PM me !!
