Camel? Blimey, can any of them walk without a stick?
I remember seeing them perform the Snow Goose in Plymouth Guildhall back in the the 70's.

I have that on LP somewhere. Is it the one with Spike Milligan as narrator?

No, there is no narration. That must be another one?
Seen Camel many times over the years, although their main man, Andy Latimer, was incapacitated for many years, only recently being able to perform again. Saw them at Cambridge a year or so back. I do wish they'd get a decent drummer, though ... live, there's been a succession of bang-bang merchants ever since the great Andy Ward left. OTOH, I'd travel a long way just to hear Latimer do his stuff.

I have the original snow goose lp. It tells me that this stereo record can also be played in mono with a suitable pickup. Great album. Somewhere I have my cassette of their radio 2 /BBC 2 sight and sound in concert performance
