Well, it's the end of the line for vinyl for me so my beloved ifi iPhono MM/MC phonostage has to go.
I've had it for about a year and, frankly, it has seen very little use - less than 10 hours. For my sins I am a CD fan (no laughing at the back...). I have all the packaging, cables, instructions - everything - that came with it. The phonostage is completely unmarked and indistinguishable from new.
It's only my opinion, but for the money, nothing can touch the ifi iPhono phonostage. I did manage to beat it sonically but it took a £2k phonostage to do it.

I especially like the absence of ANY noise, Class A solid-state operation, ultra-wide dynamic range (96dB), tonally neutral presentation and excellent build quality. Also, you get lots of adjustability, e.g. 6 x stereo EQ curves, adjustable MM/MC load and adjustable gain. Those hooked on extracting as much detail from the record as possible will especially like it.
Here's the spec:
Dynamic Range(MM): >96dB
Dynamic Range (MC): >90dB
Signal to Noise Ratio (MM): >76dB
Signal to Noise Ratio (MC): >82dB
Crosstalk: <-70dB(1KHz)
Total Harmonic Distortion(THD): <0.01%
Frequency Response: 10Hz – 100KHz ±0.5dB
Output Impedance (Zout): <110Ω
Input Voltage: AC 100 – 240V, 50/60Hz
Power Consumption: < 4W
Dimensions: 158(l)x68(w)x28(h)mm
Weight: 198g(0.44lbs)
Here's some piccies of it which I took today:
