Well, that is what it looks like I guess. We could be making black pudding but actually, its going to be blackcurrent jelly. The smell is just fantastic and it seems sweet already. I'll have to add some sugar but don't want to take too much of the natural tartness out.

Haven't filled the shelf up yet so a few more jars are needed.

I have about 5 kilos of blackcurrants in the freezer 2 -3 yrs old which will be converted to jam , shortly
