The last time we met you looked pretty lean. But in a good way!

How much did you weigh whilst being muscular? You should put a pic up :)

My fighting weight was 74 kilos (about 11.5 stone) and I'm five foot six.

I did Judo for about fifteen years (three times a week) and weights, swimming, running and cycling. Cycled to work (only 5 miles) for ten years until I was pushing 60. I also spent a good few years working as a qualified Mason Pavior when I was younger. Real heavy work. Most people have never experienced the buzz you get from being that fit. You feel unstoppable!!

I lived in the gym at college then when I left did manual labouring for several years. Always been as skinny as a rake, except that now I have tits a sixteen year old girl would be proud of. Stay away from that bench press, kids!

Did you also attend a local gym, Geoff?

I've only started working out again. I used to workout 5 times a week 7 years ago. At the time, my shoulders & chest was starting to develop. The results could have been good, If only I kept it up. Should't have stopped

This time I want to be consistent with the excersing. Eating does play a big role as well.

Shane eating is important but eat CLEAN! Plus plenty of rest, if weight training.:)

Enjoy.

The last time I was in a gym was when I was at school, and I had no option then. The idea of paying good money to be in a big hall with a lot of sweaty men tiring myself out by lifting stuff or pretending to row a boat or pedal a bike is not my idea of fun, but each to his own, I guess.

It doesn't have to be all men. I judo trained with plenty of women. Got quite interesting at times.

Some of the best female members were quite small. It was quite funny seeing big beefy blokes who'd just joined and had rather derisory attitudes to the girls, being whipped through the air and slammed on their backs. We had some highly skilled ladies. Truly tricky customers .
