I had one of these and enjoyed it --- well worth the money --- my only issues with mine was that it was a little noisy with quite audible transformer ( i assumed ) hum ...... not sure if it was just mine or it applies across the board --- nice bit of kit whatever GLWTS

Very nice. I'd have it if I hadn't already got a decent valve pre. I think Rob (puffin) has got (or had) one. A bargain! :)

Ohh yesh I shure do. One of the best bits I have ever bought. I got mine from Icon Audio for £370. They said that they made them suitable for 240v, and did something else to one of the outputs (lowered the gain?) Very well built and sound great.

Yep, the gain was a tad high for cd players so they need an adjustment there if you want a decent movement of your vc .
