Not really sure if these are a upgrade from the 600's but I'm now looking for a pair of these.

Let me know if there's anyone willing to sell a pair, also looking in other sources.

Thanks!

Thanks for the input Grant.

Funny enough (because of the timing) I think I've landed a nice deal with a pair of 600 so I'll try them 1st to see if they rock my boat :) Maybe some 800 will show up soon enough if I like these that much :D

Felipe, I'm sure you'll like the System 600, I've had them. They are one of the best speakers of their size. The System 800 is the next logical step up from them and are also very fine. I've had those too.

Nice choice Felipe I am sure you will love them. What amp are you partnering them with?

I have the 800's and they have been a real eye opener

Enjoy.. :D

@Bev, I only use vintage amps/receivers... have some Sansui's, Sony's, Pioneer's, HK's, etc to parner them with. :eyebrows: Do not like modern amps, at least the ones I can afford, and I'm well experienced with stuff from the late 60's, 70's so...

@Geoff, I know you're a big fan of the 6/800's which given your backgroung with more serious Tannoy's is always a encouraging factor! If I like these as much as I want to I might sell at least 1 of my APM stuff, Kef 104aB, Pioneer CS-R700, etc to take back some space taken by these.

I'm also collecting a pair of JR-149's this weekend so I'll have my hands full in my free hours, which tbh is my main gold to escape from all of the daily stress :>

The JR 149s have a following (The LS3/5a fans). But I reckon you'll like the System 600s better. :)
