Never heard a jubilee but have been told they are fantabidozy. Pretty rare beasts too. Yhink it was one of orto's best in its day. Geoff or Marco would likely know more

Contrary to the popular bullshit out there 300 hours on a cart is nothing. The Jubilee should still be singing, my ortofon Cadenza black took about 75 hours before it starting to really groove. Top end ortofons do take a long time to break in. I've had just about every high-end ortofon in the last 10 years so I'm reasonably well placed to comment on them.

It's not a cartridge I've tried, but most MC's should do 2000+ hours and I reckon some of those I've had could have done maybe twice that without showing wear. 300 hours is nothing.

One thing to bear in mind is that only a bit more cash would get you a new ZYX R50 Bloom H. A very nice MC.
