I was wondering what everybody's favourite soundtrack album was. Mine would have to be FM Original Movie Soundtrack (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FM_(soundtrack)).

I was introduced to it by a friend I used to play cricket with years ago. We used to spend Saturday nights playing cards, backgammon and darts with a few drinks and this album introduced me to Tom Petty, Steely Dan, Joe Walsh and Jimmy Buffet. I watched the movie years later and thought it was pretty ordinary, but the album really hits the spot for me. Great selection of songs and it reminds me of some great times I had many years ago when I was young and silly (as opposed to being old and silly now ).

Who else has a favourite?

Natural Born Killers for me, introduced me to Leonard Cohern and Cowboy Junkies, plus it has lots of talkie bits which I like.
