Hi, everyone.

Hope you are all well. My name is Matt. I've been reading the forum for a while and I thought it was time to join.

I live in the lush green land of Hampshire and I love it here.

Currently listen to Chicago : If you leave me now.

My listening habits are very eclectic. From Coltrane to Aphex Twin, or The Detroit Spinners, maybe some Bee Gees or some excellent electronic stuff.

Ive had various Hi Fi bits over the years. Now I'm putting together the system I've always wanted. Slowly choosing equipment that I love.

You will see from my signature that my Hi Fi is going to be based around my Celef Domestic Monitor Prototypes. These beautiful speakers are finished in Walnut, and have 10" Volt bass drivers. Stunning sound quality.

I am carefully considering which amplification they will be using. Once this is decided I will attach a digital front end running lossless files and Spotify Premium. I will also purchase a turntable, nothing too flash though.

Any way lovely to meet you all. I look forward to future Hi Fi chat.

Thanks Barry for the warm welcome! I certainly have some ideas for amplification. They include 1 newer product and some older vintage ideas.

Maybe I'll start a thread to watch my system build .
