Got mine in today, been having a play.
Web Interface is a wee bit simplistic and it's not easy to find all your music if you have a big library?
That's where DNLA comes in.
Use your favourite media player as a controller (I'm using Jriver on the telly and JRemote on the IPad) to push music files to the Pi.

This enables me to access my playlists easy, browse my music quickly and other good stuff like that.
So using the Pi purely as a playback device controlled by a different more polished interface
It's all good, the Pi sounds not too shabby either. :)
