Remote Passive Pre

I want to get a passive pre....that can also be volume adjusted via remote.

The poweramp is a Quad 303...CD source is an original Rega Planet.

Some suggestions very much appreciated.

A kit using the Muses digital volume control perhaps? It is supposed to be very good indeed - the chip is used in Pass Labs top of the line XP30 preamp and the cost no object XS pre too.
