The Cambridge Audio 640p when modified by Jez Arkless is a big improvement over the std 640p

I have had the use of this very item and was quite impressed with the VFM factor , It is in very good condition with all the original packaging and Tarzan is willing 2 demo , so a win win , No risk sale , At this price I can't see it being for sale for long ;)

Yes I know all about Jez mate and I have contributed to the recent thread but his phono stage is worth every penny and there are people waiting months for these phono stages on PFM so that's the obvious place to sell them IMO.

Perhaps it is just me not inhabiting PFM, or maybe me being a bit dim - But I suspect that some details, or a link, explaining why this £65 Cambridge Audio phonostage is worth £335 would help you sell it, Andy! ;)

Well, in your photos it looks like a crappy £65 Cambridge Audio phonostage. And you are asking £335 for it. :eek:

I've done a bit of a search and found a few threads and a rave Wigwam review.

But I was blissfully ignorant of the Jez Arkless upgrade before seeing this FS thread.

It always helps sell if you explain what you are selling - ;) - make it easy for potential buyers, you should do the slog work for them, or at least get them started! :thumbsup:

Thanks Jerry, however the second image clearly shows the removal and reinstallation of the MM/MC stages and the switch to do this.:)
