Looks like a Micro 25R pre-amp.

Definitely an R (regulated) as it has 5 valves.

Not sure it might be a 25RS?

It is listed as a Micro 25 upgraded to R with possibly some RS components. It has the standard phono connectors, I think the R comes with gold connectors.

I just wanted to check it is what it's meant to be before going ahead with the purchase. The current owner has emailed Glenn with the serial number but as yet no reply (it is a bank holiday weekend though).

Is that the one Luke was/is selling on PFM?

If it is I can't comment on what model it is but Luke is a good bloke who I bought a DV HX75 and HX1.2 from recently.

They all have gold phono sockets but those on the R and RS versions are better quality.

It is the one Luke is selling. He emailed me those pictures across as he wasn't 100% certain of the level to which the upgrades have been carried out.

This is a Croft Micro 25R with 12BH7a linestage and non inductive resistors from the RS.

It is a valve regulate croft micro 25 preamp with phono stage and 3 linestages. The line stage has been upgraded from the standard 25R.
