'Small beer', perhaps, but it's getting frothier all the time!
Marco.
Thats good to see. Even though its not my kind of music, any publicity is good publicity. I am picking up some nice 180's now that a few years ago you would never see, or would be priced out of the market. stuff like Sinatra is making a big come back.

Yes I heard Lauren Lavern talking about it. As you know she is a complete vinyl nut. Great news.

Nice to see a top 10 full of real music. Not that I'm a music snob (to which my 80's 12" singles collection will attest :D) just good to see a top 10 not full of boy / girl groups or x-factor contestants. I've been meaning to order a copy of Courtney Barnett's LP.

Fantastic pop pickers it's 1983 again.
Great news but I think its the only thing the record companies can be sure to make money from.
If it helps propel interest in vinyl its got to be good.

Demand is getting stronger, I read last week that Rega are knocking out 2000 turntables a month at the moment and are in line for a Queens business award for UK manufacturers :) :) at least we are good at making some things!!!!!
