I have just joined this site to find out some information on my new Beresford Capella Headphone Amp,

Recently bought a Beresford Capella Headphone amp which I would like to try and run on Battery power or some way of cleaning up the the cheap power supply that comes with the unit,
I have read on this forum someone running it on a Motorcycle Battery and will ask him about the subject.

I could buy a linear power supply that has been recommended but they are not cheap so hoping there may be a cheaper alternative,
Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

welcome neil. capella are popular here obviously. i had one myself.there are chinese psu's that a number of us have been using that are fairly cheap but are superb. check the threads and you will find them
