Just joined the forum. Big music fan mostly into all forms of Heavy Rock (Classic Rock, Progressive, Melodic, Metal etc.).

Based in Cambridge UK. listening to most formats including CD, Vinyl and digital media.

Current setup consists of:

Arcam Alpha 7 amp
KEF LS50 speakers
Cambridge Audio DacMagic 100 DAC
Linn Basik Turntable
Marantz CD6000OSE CD player
Yamaha KX-580 Casette Deck
Yamaha MDX-793 Minidisk player

Welcome, I have quite a deep seated respect for the Linn Basik when paired with a good arm.

Welcome to AoS Keith. Like your speakers; a sort of Kef version of a dual concentric arn't they....uni-q I think... Used to like heavy metal in my youth but prefer calmer stuff these days.
