OK so I went for a walk earlier today and ended up visiting HMV. The next thing you know I had parted company with £21.99 and bought 'Rebel Heart' on vinyl by Madonna. An hour or so later and two pints of Abott Ale heavier I got home, fired up the rig and sat to listen to the new black plastic.
Bloody marvellous...! A truly stunning piece of work by Madge and her producers. Some serious low frequency third oscillator bass and some fantastic electronics. Stand out track for me was definitely 'Joan of Arc' but each to their own I guess.
I am so pleased I bought this album on vinyl as it was as though it was intended for this format. A serious piece of electronica.
