Greetings all!
My name is Russell and I'm retired at age 53, (as of 4/13/15), and I've been a stereo buff since I was 13 years old. I'm also in a local band and play classic rock on bass, loads of fun! And I take an interest in motorcycles and working on guitars and basses. My present system consists of:

Legacy Focus speakers in rosewood finish, beautiful in all respects
Forte' Model 3, 200 watt per solid state amp, and a Crown xls2500 for the bottoms
Parasound Halo3 preamp
Sony CDP608ESD CD player. Got a few years on it but still sounds excellent
Magnum Dynalab ft-101 tuner
Phonomena 2 chassis phono pre
VPI Scout turntable with VPI arm and Somiku Evo lll cartridge
And a Sony minidisc recorder.
All wires are Harmonic Technologies Truthlinks except for a Van Den Hul phono cable set, and Legacy speaker cables with WBT bananas

Oh, and I have a APC Smart 1000 backup and voltage regulator/purifier that does an amazing job.

You have a interesting system there. Tell us what music you listen to.

The Forte Model 3 is a good amplifier. I had the Model 2 pre-amp myself a while back.

As Grant says MD is not forgotten. I still have my pioneer MD deck. Very nice it sounds.
