FS: Musical Fidelity Tri-Vista 300 Amplifier

Well, the time has come to let someone else enjoy this amp. It's the best ss integrated I've had by a very long way. I'm confident to say it will drive anything, as it certainly has driven everything I've put on the end of it, and it will do it effortlessly. Many heard this on the end of my H2's at Scalford this year.

Spec is 350wpc with some of that in class A. The pre section uses the Tri-Vista valves. It has mm/mc phono, though I'm not entirely sure how you switch between the two, and I'm not entirely sure which it's currently set to either.:D I use a stand alone stage!
The amp is physically large, it is very heavy, and it does get warm.

Condition is very very good with just a couple of minor marks. It's rare to see anything of this weight in perfect condition.

Asking price is £1400 collected, though I am happy to travel to conclude a deal. It's not easy to ship being over 50kg. Boxes, remote, and all connecting leads included so it's plug and play.

Sorry about the rubbish photo. I'll get some better ones for any interested parties, but it's the 2 boxes on the middle shelf.

It'll drive Logans, never mind ATC's. I'm in discussion with a chap regarding a swap with a gm20 at the mo, so that full Graaf system might happen yet.:D

This is a heck of a lot of amplifier for the money. If I was running insensitive speakers, it'd be a very strong candidate for my 'final destination' amp, I'm sure. OTOH, Rick's been running it for a while with his sensitive H2s, so maybe .....

It's a philosophy I've been happy with for years Peter, and I feel no need to change. Having loads of spare power on tap isn't waste, it's headroom. I very much doubt my speakers have extracted more than a quarter of this amps ability.
Truth is, I don't want to sell it. But I've got too much cash invested in boxes that aren't being used, and I love the Graaf stuff too. Sometimes you have to shoot a hostage eh.
