An opportunity for you to get a 1970's Linn Sondek LP12 in excellent condition (although probably could do with a service), selling due to limited use and my wife thinks it's ugly, so I'm rarely allowed it out :(

Looking for £600 ono and preferred collection from Berkshire (M4, J13).

Deffo the arms worth a couple hundred alone.. I prefer the sound of those early LP12' before all the swap & changes tooK hold

'It started with a switch, never thought it would come to this'

No Prop/cut out for the lid but still a black un + if that SME 'Series III' has been on there from day one says to me very early to mid 80's

Yes think the arms been on since new, but thought it was a late 1970s to be honest.

Does not have the lid prop slot in the surround so the friction hinges must be original fitting & that arm came out in 1980 if i remember. Gimmi the unit number off the back well see.

You're right Andre, i had a 1973 vintage serial #1026 with the big red rocker switch 33-1/3 only,
prop up lid and fluted plinth all the way round with i.d. sticker on top plate under platter,
wish i had room for this, GLWTS.

Bump - I've had a further rethink on price and am willing to let this go for £500 as I am keen to release the funds :)
