Lovely amp my NAD S300 - very closely related indeed to the Gryphon Tabu Century. (See here (http://www.audio-forums.com/threads/nad-s300-integrated-gryphon-tabu-century.85749/) and other forum threads).

Works A1 but has a bent heatsink fin section at one side on the rear (see photo).

-- as featured at Scalford last weekend. :)

Full remote control.

Value circa £600 - I'm looking for a swap for an interesting power amp. £££ equalisatiion considered, in either direction. :)
What ya got? ;)
Anything considered - I am an open-minded enthusiast keen to have new audio experiences .... i.e. a boxswap nutter. :mental: :eyebrows:

Or maybe just a straight sale at £600?

I don't have the original box, and it is quite a heavy and solid lump at 27Kg, so I would MUCH rather meet up - I'm in Glos GL17 but am happy to motor a fair old way.

Frog not included. ;)

I've straightened heatsinks like that with a pair of pliers, after all they are aluminium.
You could use a couple of thin aluminum plate offcuts to prevent marking it any more.

I haven't got an amp to offer you though I do have an MF A100 that needs a complete re-fettle at some time.

Hi Rob

Coo - that does sound interesting.
But you are in Scotland (?) which poses a bit of a problem for meeting up and I'd rather not courier as previous in OP.

I can't message you - presumably as you are only a 2-poster on AOS?

Drop me an email with some details and so we can converse. :)

It's gone a bit quiet from Rob - so BUMPITY-WUMPITY :D

The NAD is a great integrated amp - I wouldn't at all mind keeping it, but space is limited and a new valve pre has made me want to investigate a power amp or two. ;)

Hi Jerry,
I have a Beard P35 MK11 valve power amp. that I am not using and wondered if you would be interested in a swop with the NAD.
The Beard is the chrome chassis job and for its age is in really excellent condition, sounds wonderful with plenty of grunt and a bit of a collectors item I suppose.
Please PM me if interested.

Thanks Jon - yup, of interest in principle - I'll do some research and PM you. :)
