View Full Version : FS: Epos ES-14 Loudspeakers 'Robin Marshall' design
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v514/pjdowns/IMGP0474.jpg (http://smg.photobucket.com/user/pjdowns/media/IMGP0474.jpg.html)
Here For Sale are my excellent Epos ES-14 Loudspakers with original stands, boxes for the speakers, port plugs and instructions.
These speakers were designed by the excellent 80/90's speaker designer, Robin Marshall of the Mordant Short/Epos fame and are 1994 Bi-wire capable models, although I have the links if you prefer single cables.
To get the best out of these speakers you really need to power them by a good quality pre/power combo from the likes of Exposure, Naim etc as they are quite a difficult load and have minimalist crossovers.
Looking for £350 plus postage or preferably collection M4/Junction 13.

Real reference speakers for sure, buy with total confidence.
Difficult load? Bloody 'ell, they're a doddle to drive, as long as you use a good matching system.

Paul, I can't help feel that this thread could do with some good pictures of the actual speakers being sold, all I can see are two out of focused black boxes and some big feet :-)
Are the slippers part of the deal also? What size are they, and are they lined with fleece or tartan?
Some close up pics showing the condition of the soles might show how used they have been.

Good point James, I did think I should improve the pics, on it this afternoon :)

They sure are... If you really want them ;) size 11 :)
As suggested here are some up close pics of the ES-14 for your perusal, these are a classic speaker at a reasonable price that you shouldn't miss out on :)

Can't believe these are still here, have you tried PFM, they are very popular there as PFM seems to be populated with 'Naimheads' so give that a go.
Me neither James, yes I already have them on PFM… If I cannot sell them on the forums I will have to put them on the bay which I am dreading to be honest :(
Bump and now reduced to £300
I cannot quite believe these speakers are still available…
One last push before I withdraw them from here… anyone interested?
£350 and prefer collection from Berkshire (M4 J13).
Paul.
