Ronnie had me do the first major grass mow of the year a couple of days ago. Always a joy!! I drove through what looked like a cloud of dust but as it had been raining for four days, it didn't seem likely. Turns out to be a patch of something with huge amounts of pollen to release. So.... I have a bunged up head, fuzzy brain, sore eyes, swollen glands and generally feel like shit:)

I am, however, going to imbibe a drop or two in order to pass the day in a nice happy fog so I don't notice all the rest:cool:

Many a true word....... we have his and her vacuum cleaners. Most light stuff, she does with her little Philips but if I've been working in the house, it needs a shop vac and the damn thing is too heavy for her - she says. This is the woman who can straight arm her Pioneer A727 amp that I can just about lift:lol:

You need to ensure that the appropriate boxes are ticked on your profile, in order for the system to recognise when it's your birthday and thus appear in the 'Today's Birthdays' list at the bottom of the homepage. If you don't do that, then no-one will know when your birthday is, in order for them to generate a 'Happy Birthday' thread! ;)
