WTB: Naim NAC A5 3m Speaker Cables terminated with banana plugs preferably

As it says above, does anyone have any surplus to requirements Naim NAC A5 cable they are willing to let me have at a reasonable price before I shell out the price of £25 a metre for a new real?

if you have no luck with getting some nac5 i have some blue exposure speaker cable which is i believe is the same as nac4
i say that based on having nac4 before.
i have One four meter pair with four bananas speaker end and two banana amp end.
The other pair is a six meters pair with two banana plugs amp end and bare the other end.
you could remove the banana plugs which are soldered and you would end up with either
four 6 meter lenths or four 4 meter lengths.
i'm not sure what i would want so would be open to offers.
i would though try ebay for nac5 or hifi for sale site as based on when i had a naim pre power before i like nac5 alot more then nac4
but that's just me.
i used nac4 in the end as it was so much more easy to work with the nac5 as i found nac5 to stiff to create a tidy looking set up behind the speakers.

Thanks for the info both, I decided to punt for some brand new NAC A5 in the end from Audio T in Reading today. Very good guys in their, seem to know their stuff f and I didn't find them at all pushy… although I have fallen in love with the new Naim 272 - Pre amp / Streaming combo, have to say I am seriously considering one… yes I know for the Naim haters out there I am sure you'll think I am bonkers but to my ears their equipment struggles to be beaten at even their high rates.

ALL Naim, even the outrageous Statement power amp (oh yes indeedy ;)), can be easily bettered for far less, but fans won't accept this as everything else sounds different - I'm told the D'Agostino integrated is rather better than the Naim Statement and at a mere £40k or so, could be seen to be a bargain... As you bi-amp your ES14's (why?), I'd respectfully say you're the bonkers one Paul :), although you could try reverting the 2.2uF cap on the tweeter back to the 3.3 one originally used, and cut the tweeter amp level by a couple of db or so to suit the later main drive unit (the reason why the tweeter cap was changed in the first place) Since you owned Naim for so long, I suspect the new preamp will wipe the thirty year old Exposure pre.

i have had naim amps before.
i liked their version of entry level amps more then their higher priced ones.

Thanks for your thoughts on the speakers Dave, although I am shortly buying a newer pair of speakers from a fellow Hifi enthusiast… I know you are no fan of Naim so there is little point in us having a debate over their qualities as I doubt I could ever convince you and really cannot be bothered if I am entirely honest, I know what sounds good to me and that's what I need worry about :p

Exactly Jason and thank you… I know there are lots of people out there that wouldn't probably like my current system but then I may not like theirs… it's all about personal taste and as I said to Dave, I know what I like :)
