Best monoblocks to drive some Tannoy 15" Monitor Golds

A pair of Glenn Croft Series 7 or a pair of Radford STA50 monoblocks

Which would you pick?

Audioflair has my old Glenn Croft Quad II's with KT88's and regulated power. Very nice indeed..

I'd opt for either those or the Croft mono's but it's a difficult choice between the Raddies'.... but you have a noice Raddy.

As an alternative, a pair of Monarchy Audio SM-70 Pro, Class A solid state amps run as monoblocks would sound truly sublime.

I use a single in stereo mode to drive my 3128 Cheviot II Tannoys and it's a wonderful match.

I've used dozens of different decent amplifiers driving Tannoys including many valve amps, but this is pairing is very special.

I can get a nice pair of Croft 7 (not R spec) monoblocks delivered for £850. Might be worth a punt??

Good choice but could also use PF91's or Pamphonic 1002 or 2001 amps :)
