wtd Decent headphone amp.

Slee Novo or X-Can v3?

well never compared them together but id say the capella was much more flexable re types of headphone and had a lower noise floor. the novo is however not without its charms and i did like it with my AT cans . Having tinnitus reduced my listening so sold the lot a year or so ago. tried capella recently with sony cans and it was very nice and adjustable. it also did a decent job as a preamp and for the money is a tidy bit of kit.

I previously owned a Slee Novo and an Epiphany Acoustics O2, and driving my Sennheiser HD650's I preferred the O2, but not much between them really, just different signatures, the O2 was clean and precise where the Novo was warmer and not quite as detailed.

The O2 isn't that expensive new so might be an option.
