Ripple Eater and Bushmaster 11

I found a complete Ripple Eater board that I forget I had and never used. Just wondering if it could be used in conjunction with an Anker battery for my Bushmaster 2?

There is no ripple on DC. And the BMII already has a noise filter built into the power supply.

Batteries can have noise on the output though :). However, it can be extremely small and difficult to remove. A simple noise filter won't do the trick.
