Audio Note Kit 1 300B SE Amplifier

This amp has had a full strip down and rebuild from scratch.

All electrolytic caps replaced, the PSU boards uses Nichicon and new Audio Note caps, the audio board uses Black Gates.

All the internal wire is now ptfe insulated solid core pure silver.

It has been finished off with a complete new set of valves: Mullard GZ37 rectifier; matched pair of NOS Chinese Hunan Shuguang 300Bs; NOS Ken-Rad 6SN7GT VT-231; and a pair of NOS 5687WB.

It's a great sounding amp, and the AN Kit 1 has been a gateway drug into SE amps for many over the years.

A new one costs around ?1,500 and still needs building :-)

I would prefer collection, or can deliver if reasonably close to Manchester.
