Shaun Escoffery, In the Red Room. Really nice soulful album with excellent musicianship but can't help but think it is merely a blend of Seal and the Lighthouse Family. Nearly all of the bass on the recording is double bass so those of us who adore the power of electric bass are going to be seriously disappointed however there is a very high level of skill here with the music. Vocal wise...? Sounds a tad like Seal. In short an OK easy listening album.
