Great pair of two-and-a-half way floorstanders. Rear-firing bass, with lovely imaging and soundstaging.

As a Cura owner I can definitely give a big thumbs up as to how nice their speakers sound.

Look to be in good condition Michael... very nice colour and worthy of a big picture I think

merely from curiosity as I rate the sonics and look of the Curas pretty much, and that I have owned a CA21 pair, I tried to get a pic of the front with the drivers laid bare but there seems to be nothing of the CA30's facia on the net. any chance to see them naked, please? :eyebrows: thanks

oh, they're a beauty :) , many thanks for the pictures. to note, did I have a bigger room I'd definitely buy them. GLWTS, Michael, these speakers, as all Curas, are something truly special

Hi Michael

Any links to the company that made these ? I can't find anything on line ?

Also how old are they ? can't see a close up of the labels , Dimensions and weight ? lastly where are the binding posts ?

Thanks

There's very little about Cura online. From memory the designer was connected with Ruark before setting up Cura? Could be wrong though. I had some CA10s and they were great. I came across the designer selling off some drivers he'd found in his workshop a couple of years ago and bought some of them to build some clones with. Never did get round to it. Same drivers as are in the front face of these - decent quality. Still got the crossover boards sat here actually. They seem to use speakon connectors rather than binding posts.

I bet these sound great, and the cabinets will be like pieces of furniture.

My mate has a pair of ca50's. Very good speakers, well balanced. Shame they don't make them any more.:(
