Unbraco screws...these are just a trade name for hex head's?
A standard hex key of right size should do it?

Unbraco is a trade name. They make various fasteners and such. they'll be hex I'd think Gary

Here are socket caps, countersunk and button head types. If they have a smooth section they are bolts, if threaded all the way they are machine screws.

Or get some Security Torx and make it a real pain to undo them http://cdn.instructables.com/FJ4/GUA4/G7DYYIJB/FJ4GUA4G7DYYIJB.LARGE.jpg
