Has anyone tried experimenting with Reverb effects on their System, only a fraction?

Sansui did make a range of Reverberation Amplifiers in the 70's & 80's

The only reverb I use is on my Yamaha mixing desk...

I had a add on reverb unit from the great and sadly missed TANDY..RADIO SHACK (sarcasm!!!) from the mid 80s.
was great for 'herb a dis a herb man' style reggae moments through the mic inputs on a tape deck, but for straight music a very low level...even though initially impressive soon became tiresome.
