WTD: A/V Amp or similar

I'm looking for an A/V amp, receiver, home theatre kit or preferably a sound bar to improve the sound from my Plasma TV & Sky.
Must really have at least one optical input.

I've looked at plenty on ebay around £40 - £50.

If anyone has anything interesting please shout up. :)
