Whilst still in the concept stage, this looks a great idea. What I like is it is using former underground railway lines
so therefore reusing space,relieving traffic congestion in streets and the danger of traffic to cyclists,
plus you can access shops on your way, if you want to.

It would be cycling in tunnels under the city. So no cars etc to worry about. As for being mugged: I reckon security would be very high.
