Hello Art Of Sound Forum

Power Inspired are a company based in Brackley, Northamptonshire who's primary business is Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). A few years ago we were persuaded to come up with something suitable for HiFi enthusiasts but without having to pay the silly money that other regenerator manufacturers were demanding. We started by modding one of our existing online double conversion products and had that tested by a few audiophiles who loved what they heard. We then analysed our product in further detail and did some amazing things to remove as much audible noise as possible and the AG series of AC ReGenerator was born.

To be honest we weren't ready for the large uptake of this product and the support needed and eventually made the decision to push this through a dealer network and as a consequence the list price had to go up which unfortunately (for us anyway) has seen a fall in demand. We've now reversed that decision and that, coupled with investment in our new facility, our manufacturing process and our staff we're now able to offer the AG ReGenerator at pre-dealer prices. What's more we've been able to ensure that those dealers that have made an effort in promoting the product will continue to be supported.

The other good news is that the latest member of our team is a bona-fide audio enthusiast and he doesn't know it yet but his job is now to answer any queries you have in a timely manner as my proper job responsibilities have tended to make me a bit tardy in my responses.

I'll be posting the news on pricing on the appropriate forum, but in the meantime Hello to everybody and if you have any queries regarding AC power regeneration or power protection in general please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Tony

Hello Geoff

Yes of course, although I'm not sure if I'm just blind and missing something obvious or my account isn't set up yet, as I don't seem to be able to send a PM. If you could advise or ask Marco to PM me that would be appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome Tony

Your excellent AG1500 still gives me faithful service, the only mains modification that has made an audible difference. Lets hope AoS folks become clued up as to the benefits of the AG range.

+1 from me, too. A superb piece of kit, I've had it for 3 years now, and ne'er a miss-step.

don't worry about the fans!

it was off my Want List for that reason --- until I visited a friend (Jake / lordmortlock here on AOS) who had one. Why isn't the fan on? I asked, listening closely. It is, he said.
I ordered one the same day! :)

To be fair, once you tune in to it, you can hear the fan close up, but it bothers me not at all, and I would call myself as fussy as most of the nutters forum members here. ;)
