I've got a very big roll of decent Van Damme LC-OFC 268-011 coax. If you want a couple of lengths made up (of any size) very cheap, no probs. It's good sounding cable.
Sure tha t would do fine Geoff. Let me know the cost . I only have basic stuff this length and the dac deserves more
Cheers g

I've got about forty metres of the Van Damme, bought as 'clearance stock' for a song and I've had my money's worth out of it, so just cover the price of the new phono plugs & postage and that's it. A tenner all in I reckon (yes the plugs will be decent). Is 2m per length enough? I can make them longer.

Let me know if you fancy selling another half metre set :)
You could add an extra foot for comfort if poss but not essential . Hoping to wangle a way to get the pc through this dac too somehow. Might need a coax tos convertor though. Saw one on amazon but no b idea of quality

I've not used one, but from what I've gathered the converters are generally rubbish. I'd avoid TOSlink myself, never liked it.
No probs rustling up a 2.3m pair of cables if you want. Just give me the go ahead and I'll sort them tomorrow.
Yup go thunderbird. Cheers. Had a feeling the converters would be crap . Too cheap. Alas it is the only option. Ah well I guess I might have to keep the an ..yipee

OK Grant. I'll get it sorted.
You look after those bumps and bruises. :)
Thank you for the cable Geoff.
They are by far superior to my cambridge audio £30 cable.
Also a pleasure to deal with

Hi Geoff - I am looking at maybe rewiring my Technics 1210 tonearm - would this kind of cable be good to use for the RCA outs? Excuse the possibly muppet question but I am on a steep learning curve in here. -- Robert
