Collection only. I do not wish to post this as when it was shipped to me it suffered quite a bit of damage by DHL. I have since repaired and partly had to rebuild this, plus fitted a few upgrades at the same time so I do not want to take chances for a repeat performance by the postal system.

Notable features :-

Dual choke psu
Upgraded psu with by-pass filter caps
Silver wire for audio signal input
Ansar Film Cap WE Ultrapath mod fitted to 2A3
Ansar Film Cap fitted to Cathode by-pass bypass

It will need a new set of output tubes soon as 1 is now noisy at warm-up but it settles down after a few minutes so I cannot guarantee the power tubes life. 2A3's are quite reasonably priced.

Looking for £250 ono

or £300 firm no offers and I'll order and include a brand new matched set of Valve Art 2A3 tubes.

Can be used as an integrated or with a pre for more gain if needed. Output power is about 5W being SE. It drives my small bookshelf speakers fine but obviously suits an easy load.

Output Tx can be wired for 4R, 8R or 16R. Currently wired for 8R

Unit is 120V version but includes the Black 240 to 120V step down tx shown (these cost £50 alone on eBay). This also acts as a filter and mains DC blocker of course which I think makes it sound better; but I would say that I guess :)

I'd consider a swap if it does not sell I guess. I don't want to use ebay if possible. It is always a last resort. Think a friend wants to loan / test it on his tannoy's first.
