I am selling these as I have now taken delivery of new speakers.

The P3ESRs are 18 months old.
Immaculate condition.
All paperwork and certificates.
I wish to sell them complete with the Linn Kan stands, as a complete package.
I have looked up recent eBay auctions for these and a pair exactly like these went for £930.

My price, with the stands, is: £950

Amazing speakers the P3s, certainly the best I've ever owned!

Everyone should try a pair of these at least once in their system, certainly wish I had tried them about five years ago, would have saved myself a bleeding fortune in postal charges:eek:

I have revised the price, as a similar pair are advertised elsewhere, so you are ( effectively ) getting the stands free...

Actually, not really.
I have ( at last...) acquired a pair of later Spendor BC1s. They give me that superb midrange and the sense of scale no small speakers can give.
I still have a pair of smaller loudspeakers on my second system.
My carefully built LS3/5as do sound exceptionally good.
OK, not quite as good as the P3ESRs, but when Vaughan Williams 'Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis' is playing I am totally immersed.
That is what listening to music is about...

I find myself in the very same position due to a few recent changes to my system. Congratulations are in order for acquiring a pair of BC1's Martyn, I agree, they are rather special beasts indeed ;)

Was there not a mint one owner pair on here last year (summer time)?

Think from memory they were being sold for about £500 but I don't think they ever sold, least I don't recall seeing a sold post.

I bought mine for £275, as I have said earlier ( somewhere...) that one bass/mid. driver wasn't working. That was a good price, though I admit I took a chance buying 'a not working pair of speakers.'
Thing is, I like a challenge !
Also, having an amplifier and loudspeaker designer as a friend is a great help...
