First day of the year first post in the forum!

I am 50 years old music lover and hi fi freak for many years.
I currently have two systems set up

the first one

1. Pair of old Klipschorns
2.Pair of Klipsch Heresy with parallel extra bass bins.
these two pairs run in parallel with Paul klipsch mini box (yes this a stereo system not a surround one !!)
3.transcendent audio se otl (kit)
4.transcendent audio gg pre line (kit)
5.transcendent audio phono (kit)
6.Behringer DEQ2496
7.Behringer ultra match pro.
8.cayin 211 se monoblocks feeding the heresys
9.bluenote koala cd player
10.nottingham analogue spacedeck turntable

the second one

1. dyi cabinet with PHY full range speakers
2.Audio innovations 2nd audio monoblocks
3.Audio innovations S1000 passive line pre +MM phono
4. Copeland 288 cd player.

I am sending photos of my main system since I am doing some cabinet modifications to the Phy speakers (tweaking my gear is an ongoing process…..) so no pictures of the Audio Innovations system. In a few months I will be moving to a smaller new house and in a new city and most probably I will have to ( I don’t want to….) give away some of my gear.
Perhaps it’s a cliché but I can be carried away with almost all kinds of music if it is played by real musicians interacting with each other. Which means hip hop, rap, dj music, pop is not my stuff (you see I cannot hide my age !!!). A gifted jazz musician can give me the same chills as an Armenian oud player or a Cretan lyra player.
Youtube proved to be an excellent way to widen my musical horizons and discover music that is difficult to be heard through the usual mainstream record label paths .For example I recently run on a Canadian label named Candyrat which was quite a surprise for me. Being an amateur guitarist myself it was really inspiring to discover young guys offering new perspectives in guitar playing.

A thread about non flat equalization curves i am interested in would fit in which section pls give me an idea where to post it not to mess things up
