Nice pair of Triangle Electroacoustique "Stella ES" speakers for sale. Unfortunately the courier damaged them on the way to me, its purely cosmetic they sound great just I'm a fussy bugger & :steam::steam::steam: every time I see the damage :D.

Specs are:

Sensitivity: 90 dB
Frequency response: 60 - 20 000 Hz ± 3 dB
Max power: 60 W RMS
Maximum power peak: 120W
Nominal impedance: 8 Ω
The minimum impedance: 4 Ω
High-frequency cut-off: 5000 Hz / 12 dB / oct
Dimensions: 320 × 200 × 255 mm
Weight: 6.5 kg (each)

An interesting Polish review can be viewed here (http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=pl&u=http://www.highfidelity.pl/artykuly/0710/triangle.html&prev=search)
In light of the damaged cabinets I'm willing to let these go for as little as £30+p&p which is a bargain for the sound quality on offer :exactly:

Sorry for the ignorance. These dip down to 4 ohms, but not any more below that?

Thats correct Shane, according to the manufacturer at least... Listening does support this though - They're definitely an easy load.

As long they work well, I'll take them James.

Can I still use the 2 terminals on the top? Regardless of the screws missing.

Smart move Shane. That'll give you a taste of the Triangle sound cheaply. I reckon they'll work great with the Sugden. :)

Well wish me luck, Geoff. Anyway, I should be able to sell them on easily, if no like!

Well spotted Shane, yes the previous owner somehow managed to lose the top two binding posts on each speaker... God knows how ? I have installed internal "jumpers" so they are effectively single wire speakers - You can use either top or bottom terminals.

If your still keen I'll PM you with my details :)
