I have a load a flac files on my computer so I want to rig it up to my system .The one question I got can I control the pc via my tablet currently got foobar on laptop ?

Depends on what you're running tablet wise.
If it's a iPad probably not, if it's one running Android (such as a Hudl) then yes, 'cos there's an app in the Google Play Store.

You also need to download and install some stuff to allow HTTP control of the player.

I've downloaded the Foobar app onto my Galaxy S2, and it works fine.
I had to manually input the IP address of the machine supporting Foobar, but other than that I've found no issues.

There's a bit of stuff to install that flags itself up when you download the app from the Play Store.
Other than that its pretty straight forward.
