Christmas afternoon and its back to the workshop as always:)
I needed a stand for the phones so knocked this up out some old cherry that was too cracked to do anything for sale from. I will now pretty up the stand but rather like the effect of the speaker cone. Wadya reckon?

Very nice, you could probably do a limited run on these and sell the lot, I need to get the sandpaper out to finish the stand I've started but it's not in that class.

I like the look Gordon, way better than my Stax stand, which is dead boring. Martin is right you should sell them. :)

Oh blurry 'ell, that is exactly what Ronnie said when she saw it.
Just 'cos she isn't retired yet, she thinks I should keep slaving away.
Now.......where did I put the rest of that cherry?:eyebrows:

Interesting headphone stand. I do like. I personally use a headphone stand from FiiO. I can't recall the name of it, but it can be purchased off of Amazon.com.

Gordon,
I am in need of a headphone stand. How much would one of these cost?

very nice--the design is a cut above the usual choice. I was looking at getting a couple of stands to replace my mug tree.

Hi Kevin,
Time and materialwise around €30 would cover it. If I keep the design the same it comes in three bits so it would pack flat. Not sure what the postage would be. I'll weigh it and check.
If you want to go ahead it would help to know which phones you have so i can make sure the dimension will be OK.

Would they not look better in pairs?

I'd like one please Gordon. Need it for the studio for the AT ATH-35s which can be seen HERE (http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-M35-Closed-Back-Dynamic-Headphones/dp/B00242J0XU) If you're up for doing them. It looks like the MMR logo so it's great for the guest h/phones. What do you think the postage will be?
Cheers
