Next up in my change-of-system clear out, here's a lovely Sony CDP. One of the ES series, so built like the proverbial brick outhouse. Sounds fab, and apparently works well as a transport - has an optical digital output, and fixed and variable line outs. The tray is absolutely solid - feels like you could stand on it and it wouldn't be phased.

Condition wise it's pretty good - the front fascia has a couple of very light marks on it (RHS above the edit button), and the top plate has a scratch - see photo - but can't be seen when in a rack. The previous owner replaced the mains lead with an IEC socket on a fly lead so fancy mains leads can be used. I'll include a basic one.

I've the remote too somewhere, this will also be included in the sale.

No box but will pack well - I'd estimate postage to be around £15-20 as it's a heavy beast.

Asking £90 plus postage.

Lovely piece of kit at a great price man. Getting twitchy here.

Another 'up' for this bit of ES loveliness - I've had my 303 for some time now and just love using it. One hefty bit of kit, bombproof build quality, and works very nicely indeed as both transport and stand-alone player.

I paid 90 quid for mine and reckon I got a stone-cold bargain. :)

Thanks Richard, it is lovely. I might well regret it...
