just took the plunge

took the plunge and bought some hi fi to start me off , its a very good friend of mine whos heavily into his seperates and was selling these items due to an upgrade

bought a myryad z142 amp
a pair of dynaudio audience 42s in lt grey
the tall stands to put them on
and hes throwing in some interconnect cables
cant collect them until january

Sansui is a very respected make in Hi-Fi. Some of their seventies and eighties gear was astoundingly good and they're still respected now.

Sansui and Luxman are my two favourite Japanese makes of Hi-Fi. Beautiful stuff.

By the way, Sansui also made some pretty damn serious speakers:

The funny looking slotted things are acoustic lenses mounted in front of very nice compression horn mid/tweeters.
