I have a pair of Rogers Studio 3 cabinets, now that I've sold off the components. They were going to be converted into an LS3/5a Clone, but now I have moved on to ( yet another ! ) speaker project.

The cabinets are slightly larger than LS3/5a ones, but other than that they are very similar.
Bitumastic pads on the walls and the foam is exactly as the '3/5a. A standard LS3/5a baffle will fit, leaving a gap all around of approx. 2mm.

As I have new grilles and the Velcro fitting tape, the gap will be completely hidden.

One issue is that the inputs are Speakon sockets. The cabs. appear to be ex. BBC, as there is information on stick-on labels below the Speakons about crossovers. I assume Speakon sockets were employed as they are airtight. Important in an infinite baffle speaker.
I have bought two Speakon plugs, which I was going to use.

If you send me an email address I can get images to anyone who is interested in buying them.

Martyn we need to see some photos of the cabinets you are advertising.

This is now a mandatory requirement for anything put up for sale in Private Exhibitions. If you are unable to supply suitable images, then reluctantly we will have to pull your ad.

OK. Marco has put them up for me on a post, so I will get some to him later today, or Wed.

What's the asked on these?

I bought a pair of Harbeth HL-P3 cabinets for £45 about a year ago.
The condition of these is similar ( but in black ) so I think the same price.

The grilles are brand new, and cost me £24, so I feel that £18 is reasonable.
I will include the Speakon plugs, which I was planning to retain for my PA work.

I suggest you wait until Marco has added the pictures.

Hope that helps.
M Miles.
