Hello!

I would like to say that (from the outside so far!) this appears to be the most civilised forum I have come across on the net, ever. Please don't shatter my illusion, if that is what it is!

I have currently a Linn Classik, which I have had for 14 years or so. It is one of the best things I have ever bought. The speakers are Ruark Epilogue Reference, and are the same age.

As for music, I listen mostly to classical music - from piano music to opera, and like a warm sound rather than anything too clinical.

Oh, and I live just outside London, UK.

Classical fan here. I prefer modern music myself, especially Walton, Britten, Prokofiev, Arvo Pärt, Philip Glass, Piazzolla, monster Stravinsky collection. Only interested in mainstream opera: Mozart, Verdi, Mussorgsky, Puccini. We will spot you round - oh I might as well mention; don't take anything I say too seriously - no one else does. c-:
