FS: Technics ST-G70 FM tuner

I know, I know, FM is doomed. :steam:

However, in the meantime, I have a very good tuner that is not in use and rather than skip it I'd rather it went to a good home (putting off the inevitable). It would also be nice to get a morsel of cash for it too since it was quite pricey when new. It could serve someone well for the remaining years of FM.

The ST-G70 is a very rare 5-gang digital tuner. We've never seen one on eBay-U.S., and the few seen on eBay-Germany have sold for wildly inconsistent prices (from under $50 to almost $200)

Well, I've had it since sometime in the early/mid 90s so a few more weeks isn't going to hurt. :)

I thought DAB was going to be better and moved away from the G70 onto a Technics DAB radio but that put me off listening to the radio in the end (the sound was far worse then the FM tuner, even in the beginning and it got steadily worse) and for some reason I never got back into it. In the end the DAB radio packed in but the G70 goes on strong. So much for new tech.

Well, at least the good thing to come out of it is Mikey becoming the proud new owner of a fine classic tuner :)
