I likes taking vintage record decks and taking them to the next level. Digital is for the weak.

Think you need to have a few posts under your belt. So, what decks do you have?

I run a 401 in a twin tier slate plinth.

Nice, atm my main decks a TD160,custom and incredibly retro plinth, silent base from SRM tech,Linn springs, sorbothane damped chasis, platter damping ring etc,SME 3009 series II improved fixed headshell,Ortofon MSV 30 MK II. A modded Clearaudio Emotion,CMB upgrade,ISOkinetic feet-a sorbothane/acrylic combination-very sexy looking, rubber O ring under the motor to raise it to the correct height,ISOkinetic double platform for isolation overkill,Dynavector Karat D23,Van De Hul phono leads and a couple of Duals I use for DJing. Am looking for a Lenco GL75 for my next project though I must admit I really want a 401. Them so sexc.

Hi. Welcome to AOS.

Can you please display your proper name please. It's required.

Tell us about the rest of your system and bung a few photos in our Gallery. They'll be appreciated.

What music do you play?

Enjoy the forum,
Geoff.

Hidihi, Hidiho -> Kool and the Gang (Yes, I still have records, too)

Am I right?

Moonshine is my name,I dont use the forename as it angers me. As for pictures I am having a bad hair day with technology and,as you can see,the camera on my tablet is somewhat fuzzy. I shall endevor to upload hi def pictures tomorrow if it will appease you.

You can carry on with the moniker 'moonshine' seeing as you're not comfortable using another name. I guess we'll get used to it. :)

"Moonshine" doesn't fit with your avatar in my eyes.

Somehow it frightens my, although you seem to be ok.
Hope I'm not provocative (am I?) What's the reason for this picture?

"Digital is for the weak". Although I have to admit that I like the advantages of digital, too - you are right.
