Perfect for use with external X-overs, or not! Bought as part of a set of new TCI King Cobras that I got in order to make back-to-back comparisons with stereo, bi-wire and parallel wire configurations in my external cross-over system. These were too short for purpose (I have settled on using a 3m identical pair instead).
Hi Fi News group test winner and 'Outstanding Product', do read the review (see links).
I think they are wonderful cables. Really vivid and revealing without any glare or harshness. I suspect they would be terrific with LVs.
These have seen off every competitor in my system to date including Townsend Isolda, Electrofluidic 20/20, NVA LS6, and Talk Cable 3.1 and Cable Talk 3.
I'm currently using them with VertexAQ HiRez Moncayo and they partner superbly. They are also terrific with KKs on the amp side in place of the Moncayos, too.
Please note these are 4/2 z-plug configuration, as are all KKs. Approx £55 to modify and re-terminate to 4/4 if required at TCI.
£160 posted.
